I just started HCG a couple of weeks ago and I haven’t reduced my activity level. Actually, I’ve increased it-I do zumba classes, sometimes 2 classes in one day, afternoon at the gym (30 minutes on the arc trainer plus circuit training) as well as morning home workouts with a DVD or my xbox kinect. I have never felt light headed or anything. I drink lots of water, and sip home-made juice throughout the day and snack on fresh/fruits and veggies…no meat, dairy…I haven’t had any problems and I have to remind myself to eat.
